From the Editor's Desk
Welcome to CapsuleRAD.
This project started with a simple idea: to create the resource I wished I had during my own training. Radiology is a vast field, and finding structured, exam-oriented material can often feel overwhelming.
I’m Dr. Abhineet Dey, a radiologist from Assam, India, and this website is a personal project that grew out of years of collecting notes, cases, exam questions, and learning resources during medical school and radiology residency.
CapsuleRAD was created as an open-access platform for radiology trainees, residents, and anyone interested in medical imaging. The goal is simple — to organize useful resources in one place and make learning a little more structured, practical, and accessible.
Here you’ll find curated study material, radiology cases, examination resources, reference collections, and educational content gathered from multiple sources and experiences over the years. Much of the content is inspired by real-world clinical learning and the academic environment at Silchar Medical College & Hospital.
Whether you’re preparing for exams, looking through cases, revising concepts, or simply exploring radiology, I hope you find something useful here.
Thank you for visiting, and feel free to explore the website.

The main limitation of this project is that it is currently maintained by a single person. Many pages still need further review for accuracy, corrections, and overall refinement. Naturally, the most commonly tested topics appear more polished because they were revisited repeatedly during exam preparation.
Your feedback and suggestions are invaluable. This database is continuously evolving with new updates and improvements. We are also actively seeking editorial contributors to help strengthen and expand the content — your participation and collaboration would make a meaningful difference.
