Malocclusion Misalignment of teeth due to displaced fracture
Trismus Involvement of muscles of mastication
Step-off deformity Palpable over alveolus or inferior border
Numbness Inferior alveolar nerve involvement (mandibular body/angle fracture)
Crepitus, mobility, bleeding Mobile or open fracture
Dental malalignment Tooth displacement or mobility
