Procedure & consent

Procedure has been explained to the patient in his/her own understandable language and consent was taken.

Under all antiseptic measures, diluted urograffin injection is injected through the T-tube and subsequent films are taken.

Observation

• Common bile duct (CBD): Normal smooth filling of dye noted in CBD
• Intrahepatic bile duct (IHBD): Normal smooth filling of dye noted in IHBD. No abnormal constriction, air foci or other filling defect noted
• 2nd part of the duodenum: Normal filling of dye in to 2nd part of duodenum noted
